Equipment Overview:

       The electronic servo fatigue testing machine is mainly used to test the static and dynamic mechanical properties of small material samples and parts and elastomers。It can realize tensile, compression, bending and other fatigue tests, as well as high cycle fatigue, low cycle fatigue, crack growth, fracture toughness and other tests。The output of sine wave, triangle wave, square wave and other waveform is realized。It is equipped with high temperature furnace, high and low temperature chamber and corrosion chamber to realize mechanical testing in different environments。


Performance characteristics:

The main machine is a closed T-frame structure with high rigidity, no reverse clearance and good stability.

The T table has high strength, strong expansibility, and can install test fixtures to realize static and dynamic fatigue mechanics testing of various standard samples;It can also directly install various parts and structural parts to achieve dynamic and static mechanical testing;

Electronic actuator mounted, compact structure, small size, no lubricating oil and hydraulic oil, clean environment, no noise, maintenance-free;

The beam movement up and down adopts electric adjustment to meet the mechanical test of different kinds of samples。
